Courses for Children

We believe in the lasting value of learning practical, hands-on skills from a young age. Our children’s workshops are designed to introduce young makers to tools, materials, and techniques in a fun, safe, and supportive environment.

Our woodwork sessions, suitable for children aged 8+, offer an engaging and educational experience where participants can create their own projects while building confidence and creativity. Sessions run for up to 4 hours with a minimum group size of 6, making them ideal for holiday programmes, birthday parties, and group activities. Due to popular demand, we’re also excited to offer junior welding sessions for young people aged 12+ on selected dates. These sessions provide a unique opportunity to experience welding in a carefully supervised setting. To ensure every participant gets the most out of their time with us, we ask that a parent or guardian completes a short form during booking.
